Outside of the bakery, Barney Wilson loved tending to fruit trees, especially peach trees. Growing up, owner Chad Wilson spent countless hours helping care for the trees Barney planted, watching the first blossoms appear each spring, working through the hot West Texas summers, and eagerly waiting for harvest season.
 
Some of Chad's favorite childhood memories are picking peaches fresh from the trees and enjoying them alongside his grandfather.
 
These cookies were created in honor of those memories, and we hope they remind you of simple joys, cherished traditions, and time spent with the people you love.
