SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will typically be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow extra processing time during peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, and bakery closures.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. The shipping carrier and estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and may vary between 2-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total order weight and the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and United States Territories. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Some orders may include tracking information. If tracking is included on your order, once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

In the rare event of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, either by phone (806-828-3253) or using our Contact Form. We strive to provide the best service possible and will work with you and/or the shipping carrier to make things right.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At the Slaton Bakery, we strive to provide the best products using the best ingredients, and that includes items included in online orders. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, either by phone (806-828-3253) or using our Contact Form within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make things right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, non-perishable items, including but limited to Slaton Bakery apparel, kitchen accessories, and personal items, must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Perishable goods, such as cookies and baked goods, are not eligible for return or exchange due to food safety reasons. However, if you have issues or concerns with perishable items received, please contact us as soon as possible, either by phone (806-828-3253) or using our Contact Form.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or errors made by the bakery, unless otherwise stated by us. For return shipments completed by you, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS

The Slaton Bakery does not offer store credit. However, we will always do right by you if we made a mistake. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, please allow at least 2 business days for the refund to appear back to your original payment method.
