Our Gingersnap Cookie recipe was developed strictly for selfish reasons… to satisfy our family’s cravings.  What once was made only for the Wilson family table, is now available for  yours.  We know your family will enjoy these cookies, just as generations of ours have!  Made with extra flavoring, these cookies also are softer than a traditional Gingersnap.  Thus, we call them Gingerbread Snaps! We love pairing these Gingersnap Cookies with a cold glass of milk, a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream, or a pumpkin dip during the holidays. 

Gingerbread Snaps

  • Bleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Shortening (High Oleic Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil.), Sugar, Sugarcane Molasses, Eggs, Ginger, Baking Soda, Salt, Spices, Natural And Artificial Vanillas, Milk.

  • Contains: Egg, Milk, Wheat.
