Gingerbread Men trace their roots back to the 1500’s when Queen Elizabeth I created them to resemble visiting dignitaries.   These delicious & crunchy cookie characters have been a part of our bakery and family traditions for over 100 years.  As one of the oldest bakeries in Texas, we bake them in a small, West Texas town with lots of flavor and extra spice!  As you are as important to us as the Queen’s visitors… we hope our Gingerbread Men bring a little whimsy and happiness throughout your day.
