(12) Serving Containers (5oz)
INGREDIENTS
Slaton Bakey Pecan Sandies
8 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
12 oz Cool Whip
(2) 3.4 oz Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
3 cups Milk (Whole)
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer the bottom of each serving container with one Pecan Sandie
In a large bowl, use the electric mixer to mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one cup of Cool Whip (some Cool Whip will saved).
Add a 1/2 in. layer of the mixture in each serving container, then add another Pecan Sandie on top of the mixture.
In another large bowl, hand mix together the instant pudding and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes before adding the mixture on top of the second Pecan Sandie.
Using the remaining Cool Whip, top off each serving container then sprinkle crumbled Pecan Sandie on top.
Let chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
